Peepshow is #Social's very own exclusive property that screens indie films and aids dialogue between the film crews and their audiences.
Filmbooth is a startup based out of Delhi that focuses on creating and curating best short and indie films across India. The screenings series is now happening across Delhi,Mumbai & Bangalore. We are building a community of creative talents in cinema through our series of Interactions, Film Screenings, Pitching sessions, networking events, Masterclasses, and workshops.
#Peepshow & #Filmbooth join forces to bring to you a night of watching few Indian indie gems and engage in a discussion post the screenings. You could be someone who loves watching films or loves making them or wants to make them someday. Either way, you're welcome and we promise a unique experience for you :)

1. Maacher Jhol - Directed by Abhishek Verma
Synopsis - Lalit, 28, decides to come-out to someone who is really special and close to him.In order reveal his sexuality and seek acceptance, he cooks a special dish, a Bengali style fish curry, 'Maacher Jhol((à€®à€Ÿà€à¥à€° à€à¥à€²) ).He prepares this dish by listening to a famous radio cooking show. Will the fish curry turn out to be delicious? Delicious enough to appeal to the heart of someone special?
This film is a recipe made up of 7500+ drawings, 570 days of hard work and most of all, your belief and faith in us to bring you this 2D hand-drawn animated film.

Circus is a satirical observational comedy loosely based on true events, directed by Gautam Arora as his thesis film at L.V Prasad Film and TV Academy..
3) Uncle Aunty - Directed by Pankul Gupta
Suffering from common cold, uncle likes to take late morning baths. On the other hand, sitting on the internet, aunty likes to joke around & indulge in gossip. What happens when he goes for his nap and she sees the end of her life? Story of Uncle - Aunty.
4) Naina - Directed by Mithila Hegde
âNainaâ explores the poignancy of human relationships, as they endure underlying emotions of grief, separation, loneliness from a painful past, when a meaningful occasion brings them together under one roof. The nature of love and passion between two lovers with a level of comfort that has evolved over time...
A girl torn between her mother and lover, as she tries to cope with her fatherâs death...
A lonely motherâs silent longing for her child...
5) Limitless - Directed by Vrinda Samartha
Limitless explores the lives of eight long distance women runners, who rediscovered themselves through running. It is a film that reveals their insecurities, their bruised body image, their battered self-confidence, their guilt at accepting that they need some me-time too.
